Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Aarel Tech, we strive to ensure the highest quality of service. Please read and understand our refund and cancellation policy before making any payments. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

General Terms

1. Non-Refundable Deposits: Payments for design, development, or any other services provided by Aarel Tech are non-refundable once a payment or deposit is made. This includes services such as Web Design, Web Development, Application Development, UI-UX Design, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, and Analytics.

2. Project Cancellations: If a project is canceled, delayed, or postponed by the client, any amount paid will be retained by Aarel Tech. Additional costs may be charged for work completed beyond what was initially paid for.

3. Setup Fees: Setup fees are non-refundable as they cover the initial costs incurred by Aarel Tech during the setup phase of any project or campaign.

Chargebacks and Disputes

1. Chargebacks: If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or credit card company, services and projects will be suspended. In some cases, all work completed may be undone without notice. The client will be responsible for the chargeback fees and any outstanding balances.

2. Restoration of Services: Services will only be restored, files delivered, or work resumed once the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Web Hosting

1. Non-Refundable Hosting Payments: All payments made for web hosting services are non-refundable. Hosting accounts are billed from the date of order and allocated resources based on the selected plan.

2. Unused Hosting Accounts: Payments for hosting accounts remain due even if the account is unused. The billing cycle continues until a written cancellation notice is received from the client.

3. Account Suspension: Hosting accounts overdue by 15 days will be suspended. Hosting paid up to 12 months in advance and canceled before the expiration date will be refunded for the months not yet elapsed in a span of 7 days.

Account Suspension and Termination

1. Policy Violations: Aarel Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate a client's account, services, or contract if found in violation of our terms and policies. No refunds will be provided in cases of termination due to policy violations.
